Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Ceratopogonidae > Dasyhelea ? (France)

After wiewing the photos in the gallery, I think this midge is Dasyhelea (Ceratopogonidae). Is it correct ? Is it possible to go further ? (I have other views of this individual, if necessary.)
Furthermore, can anyone tell me what is the black spot on the head (above the antennas) ? Thanks a lot !

This midge was found the 26 05 11 on the window of an urban flat, near Paris (France). Length about 2,5 mm.

NO. ONLY SUBGENUS: DASYHELEA S. STR.
Furthermore, can anyone tell me what is the black spot on the head (above the antennas)?
IT IS FRONTAL SCLERITE
