Thanks Stephane. I did have difficulty deciding about the supplementary setae as there were some moderately well-developed hairs in the area; I followed the key both ways and the alternative route led to S. meadei. There are no elongated pvs on f3 and no sign of infuscation on the wings, and the genitalia didn't match, so I decided the hairs didn't count as setae. The genitalia match for S.solitariana looks very convincing. I'll see if I can make some better photos for the record.
