From my greenhouse today. 4mm long. Is it possible to say which genus ?

Yes Simulidae, Very interesting though as I got a very similar looking Simulid in my greenhouse yesterday also, in Ireland!

I think
Simulium. In my area the common early spring species are in
Prosimulium and
Simulium is more common in late spring and summer.
