4-mm, Clitheroe UK, 27 March 2011.

These first appeared around 18 March very close to flowering willow. I have keyed several male specimens using Ackland and arrived (with varying degrees of confidence) at E. rhinotmeta. This one seems fairly clear - the genitalia fit well, including the strong bristles at the base of the st5 processes. I hope they are visible in the photo. Have I got it right?
