I think there are more species than just
volvulus down there so ... hard to say for sure :)

Admontia comes in mind (note the flattened front tarsus), in which case the yellow calyptra and wing base suggests A. maculisquama.

I just noticed strong apical scutellar bristles, if I'm not mistaken, difficult to see.
That would contradict Admontia.
So need to rethink, maybe Phyllomyia was not so bad ?

Hmm, I haven't seen many
Admontia but to me the shape just didn't look right (in my collection they are more normal-shaped and not like this) ... more
Phyllomyia but lack of experience isn't a good reason for thinking so :D
