Are the crossveins darkened, or is that an illusion? Could it be Anthomyia liturata? [ EDIT: But no, the bristles on the hind tibia look all wrong, judging from the Gallery pictures. Oh, I don't know :S]

Indeed Anthomyia liturata / confusanea
A.liturata with 2 ad on midtibia
A.confusanea with 1 ad on midtibia
Sadly we only see a blur midtibia on this photo....
