Well, at least distance between crossveins is extremly short in
Eloceria delecta, not as in this specimen.
Aphria without discal bristles, but I do not think it is
Aphria, no strong bristles on tibiae, like in many Tachinidae. Rhinophoridae with reddish abdomen including tergite 5? I would vote for
