Here are some Eccoptomera's I saw in December and Januari in Southern Limburg, NL.
I don't see many differences, but my experience is very limited.
The first and second image are from the same fly.

I think I see on the 2nd tibia 2 strong pre-apical bristles: then E. pallescens (Mg.) Right Andrzej?

Thanks Ruud,

In older threads a saw the pre-apical bristles remarks, but I wasn't sure if that is enough to call it E. pallescens.

hmm,
it should be E. pallescens but really a curious coloured female ! It's better to write E. cf. pallescens :)

I saw seven of them at different locations and all were coloured like that.
