Its very difficult to say, its very seems to Chironomidae-Diamesinae, but i am not shure, that a see MCu on the wing. You have photo wit better resoluthion? If you have, send please to the vab2306@yandex.ru or post it here.

Yeh, its subfamily Diamesinae, i see MCu and gonostyl isnt immobilazed, but unforthunately, i can t say anything about spicies or genus.

I think this is Orthcladiinae. I can't see M-Cu. Fourth tarsal segments are not swollen, which should rule out Diamesinae. If M-Cu is present but very faint this could be Prodiamesinae.
