Hi, is this a Milichiid? 3 mm long, came to light on a steppe near Aggtelek. First I thought it for a Sophaeroceridae, but wing and palps are different.

Yes,
Phyllomyza. I think they like steppe habitats. The last photo is really nice, I would appreciate it very much if I could use it on my Milichiidae site.

Dear Irina, You can use all of my photos any time. Currently I'm without camera (it is in the service shop) but when I get it back I'll make microcope-photos of the specimens I collected, to find out which exact species they belong to :)

To identify the species it would be first necessary to know whether the specimen is male or female and if male have an exactly lateral shot of an antenna and a better view of the palpus. I have uploaded the photo to
