Same as the other recent Nemotelus: N. nigriforns or N. pantherinus. They may not even be the same species. Top one does not appear to have white markings above the antennae (N. nigrifrons[/i]), bottom gives impression of being N. pantehrinus but, unfortunately, there is just too much blur in the picture.
