Hi,
can anyone suggest a species this 6,5mm fly?
I take the photo on 12.6.2010 Kokkola Finland.

It is a bit difficult to judge the colour of the postocular setae, but I think they are all black ->

Dolichopus ungulatus.

This is a very common species in Finland, especially wherever a thick layer of wet leaf litter has accumulated in shadowy places.
