Anyone some idea about this species?
I found it in mixed forest, Amsterdam

size about 10mm - 15mm

Well... something like Erioconopa diuturna in Eriopterinae, (formerly Erioptera diuturna) but I could be wrong. Tipuloidea are no laughing matter ;)

Anyway, apparently no tibial spurs, discal cell open and A2 long and sinuous. Prescutum with a narrow more or less shining dark brown stripe.

I agree with Walther (not sure about the species name though).
