Only two species of the Neomochtherus group are known: Aneomochtherus flavicornis and Aneomochtherus flavipes. But several other species can be distributed in Hungary, too.

Tsacas is starting his key by asking the colour of the thrid antennal segmant (postpedicel) - which is often lacking. Nevertheless you have to check the genitalia, which are figured in this work.
