With all the species being variable and more or less close to each other, Chamaemyia females are all but impossible. This one if definitely not C. emiliae. If I had to guess, I would say either C. sylvatica or the species formerly called C. juncorum (it's apparently nameless not :o), but your guess is as good as mine.
