I'm temporary out of work, so a little more time to spend :D
It is always difficult with Phaonia subventa / rufiventris / bitincta, so i have tried for you to make it visible.
Phaonia subventa:
short plumose arista, midtibia with 2 posterior setae, meron with some pale hairs below spiracle.
Phaonia rufiventris:
Longer plumose arista, midtibia with 3-4 posterior setae, katepimeron with some pale hairs, parts of pleura yellow.
Phaonia bitincta:
Longer plumose arista, midtibia with 3 posterior setae, meron with some pale hairs below spiracle.

Make your one conclusion..:D
