I found this one yesterday in Brussels. Body length 5 mm. Some kind of Pallopteridae?

Looks similar to Lauxaniidae
Meiosimyza decempunctata
in the Gallery, Wing markings look like a good match.

Lyciella (Meiosimyza) decempunctata is correct :)
