Of course the picture is not very good, but I am curious of this little bear
Can it be Dufouria ?

Looks more like a rhinophorid to me (looks like it has a long petiole on vein-m) ... certainly not black enough to be a Dufouria, I think

I agree, Wagneriini,
and the ve seems rather strong, which would exclude Ramonda and suggest Wagneria.
