Is this a female Platypezid fly or something completely different? I have only this view.

Thx, I was hesitataing between Rhagionidae and Platypezidae, the image is named as Rhagionidae. But this really looks peculiar. Finally I have an odd genus in Rhagionidae.
From Hungary only Ptiolina obscura is known.
