maybe the hues can give us indication of the sexes. But I'm not sure..
This fly has dust in its scutum and head. if anyone puts this fly in ethanol it would turn quickly in black. Like it happens with Neolimnophora virgo (Muscidae) or some Chamaemyiidae, etc :)
