* locality - Póvoa Dão - Silgueiros - Viseu - PORTUGAL
* date - 2008.08.17
* size - about 5 mm (small fly)
* habitat - farmland
* substrate - wild Daucus carota flower
I think this is a male of Cistogaster sp.
