Could this be a Mesembrina sp? At 1st glance I tought it may be a Syrphidae, but then I change my mind because it looked a bit like Mesembrina meridiana... sortoff... Its about 15mm long, and I do have a few more pictures if needed...
Couple of days ago, in southern norway trying to fly trough the walls in the greenhouse :) Any chance?

Switch your mind back, with this wing venation it can be only a Syrphid. Volucella pellucens male if I am not mistaken.
