This is Actiini, it looks like Peribaea (difficult to be sure from this angle). I would need a lateral shot from the thorax.

Is it right....when the marginal bristles are longer than the tergites ( on wich they stand on) then it is P. tibialis.
And when the marginal bristles are as long as the tergite..than it is a P. apicalis ?????

Hi Joke.
That is right. However, both species you mentioned are very, very similar indeed, hardly to separate from pictures. Moreover, there is this small chance that it is Actia, i.e. A. infantula. So let's be careful and let's first fix the genus.

Ok, Peribaea, most likely tibialis (very similar to apicalis)
