Excuse my lack of expertise, I tried to use the Matrix ID again (http://www.tachinidae.eu/free/default_moschweb.aspx). With some checks about the wing veins (see below), I got
Lypha genus. But I am very doubtful…
Wing: cell 4+5 open, CS6 missing, M with stub visible shorten than crossvein R-M, bend of M angled but not at a right angle
