Hi
* locality - V?lega - PORTUGAL
* date - 2007.12.24
* size - 6 mm (medium fly)
* habitat - farmland
* substrate - on Brassica sp. leaf
Drosophila sp.?

IMHO,
Scaptomyza has much longer wings and in general, an "anthomyzid" appearance. It looks like the fly has 4 acrostichal rows of setulae and 2 ventral branches on arista. If so, this is a
Drosophila sp. ex
obscura group. The rest needs dissection of terminalia.

Agreed with the chaetotaxy. I do not have any references concerning this family. So, this is another Drosophila. Next time I will collect it.

No, this is
Scaptomyza graminum.
Drosophila does not have such striped pattern on the mesonotum.
