This is a Cylindrotomidae. Could be Cylindrotoma nigriventris, but not a specie of my area

The venation of the wing, in my opinion, is more suited to Cylindrotoma distinctissima.

I think it is C.distinctissima.
Gelhaus etc. key says that nigriventris abdomen is dark.

I have one C.nigriventris and the abdomen is really dark (added photo)
