Well, the only Chamaepsila species recorded from Turkey according to Koçak (2014) list is C. setalba (=gracilis). But this is different...

Belongs in the group with rosae, but ID from just the one image is impossible, for example, because it cannot be distinguished from nigricornis without examining male genitalia...
