Hello,

A Tachinidae found the 30 september 2016, in a house, in North of France, Oxelaere
Could she be a female of Macquartia ?

Yes.

M. tenebricosa (or chalconota, which is very similar and pretty rare).

The two dorsal marginal bristles on tergite 2 should not exclude M. chalconota ?

Yes, you are right.

but the opposite is not true ! It is lacking in some females tenebricosa.
but not in this one !
