Wing length= 5.3 mm. When I tried to split the male terminalia, I broked a part. Looking at the divergent spines of the "beak" looks like Dicranomyia (Glochina) mediterranea or Dicranomyia (Glochina) staryi, but I could not get all the drawings of the genus.
