Hi, Today I came across several tiny black flies belonging to Platypezidae on shrub leaves in a shadowy place. The location is southwestern Germany not far away from Stuttgart. All were males and proved to belong to at least 2 species (and genera). I have no family key and hope for your help. The second one might be a Paraplatypeza, too, but looks a bit different (the abdominal segments seem a bit more dusted). Is the genus ok at least?
