I saw this one 18th of July in Kyrgyzstan, near Son-Kul Lake.
Can anyone help with ID?

Hybomitra, I'd need to see the belly, the frons etc. to say more.
Antenna is very black suggesting expollicata, but Song Kul is not salty, now, is it ?
I had thousands of montana, the central Asian subspecies, at Song Kul.
Please collect !

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
