Could they be Chaoborus pallidus male and femalle freshly emerged ?

 I agree with Chaoborus pallidus. I don't think you have any other species with spotted legs and marked wings in Europe.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
