Northern Germany, Schenefeld near Hamburg, way along the rivulet Düpenau, Outsidephotos: kuv, 10th of July 2015. To me it looks a little bit like Machimus perhaps arthriticus ...? Please help to get the ID.

Looks more like Eutolmus rufibarbis to me, but I am not an expert!

E. rufibarbis is right, please note shape of ovipositor, cerci incorporated different from Machimus with cerci not incorporated.
