Anybody who want to help with an ID of this fly?

Locality: Germany, North Rhine-Westphalia, Herford (altitude 120 m)
Habitat: low vegetation, mixed beech forest
Date 22nd July 2013

The closest match in the gallery is Meiosimyza rorida: http://www.dipter...oto_id=970. I do not know much about European Lauxaniidae.

Looks like the specimen is in alcohol. If so, I'd suggesty a species of Pseudolyciella.
