New comer on this forum, i am not entomologist but photographer, preparing a web site about insects in Philipppines; some contact from insect.org suggested me to post here this Diptera, which they have difficult to identify. Chrysosoma ? Plagiozopelma ? About 6 mm - in a garden near Dancalan - Luzon - altitude less than 10 m - 27.2.15 at 9.20 am Best regards. D.
