Tyrolean Tephritidae - Dithryca guttularis?

Hi, In August 2013 I saw these nice Tephritids in Austria, Tyrol, Niederthai (1.500 m). Using the key by White 1988 (http://www.royens..._White.pdf) I arrived at Dithryca guttularis.
