Tephritis neesii?

I collected this Tephritis last week in Rilland, the Netherlands. I tried to key it, and I come to Tephritis neesii, but I'm not sure as the spot in cell r2+3 just before R-M is bigger than in other specimens I saw. I hope somebody can confirm?
