The black haltere (just visible in the top photo) and the convex margin of the first costal section suggest Lonchaeidae

It is a Dasiops, but I need to do some further work to confirm the species.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
