..south/east Germany, 04-06 up to now we were just hunted by a bunch of Tabanus sudeticus (unluckily without picture), then this one came along: some 15mm of body length, general look really rhagio-like, eyes without stripes, typical light stripes on thorax,whitish tergites with shiny black stripes. cannot make anything out of it...thanks for any help, Chris edit: not Tabanidae...but Therevidae bums attached the following image: [123.64Kb] Edited by bums on 04-07-2015 14:35 |
