Sciaroidea, possibly a keroplatid (? Orfelia). Difficult to say with much certainty because several of the useful details get obscured by the background and wing (venation) is not visible.

Hello Paul, I still have this picture, where you may see that it's a Keroplatid by the antennes...? I tried to enlarge it from the real pixelsize. Sorry, this is all I have...
