Found today in my garden. Ptiolina nigrina ? Mid Netherlands....

Chrysopilus? (Rhagionidae)

Empididae do not have a large cell cup.

Ptiolina is actually a Rhagionidae and sounds like an excellent idea.
Only one species in NL
