I found this fly in the East of France. Is it possible to identify it (Botanophila sp. ?).

Difficult to say if this is indeed Botanophila, I don't see any specific characters for a proper ID. It could also be Delia or even another genera. But it is...Anthomyiidae for sure Johanna |
