hello, I only got a few seconds for this fly...one good shot, many bad I hope it is enough for an ID, at least family?... Hybotidae?..but these scutellar seta...?? 17-05, size approx. 7-8mm thanks a lot for any hint.. nice thanks a lot Carlo. maybe Beris clavipes? abdomen yellow,hind tibia all yellow (e.g. B.vallata has hind tibia half black...) ...just a guess |

Yes, you're both right. It's a male B. clavipes; as bums noticed hind tibiae make vallata not reliable |
