My first thought was that this was one of the Bibionidae but the antennae seem too long. Can anyone suggest an ID, please?

Dolerus gonager or D. puncticollis. Impossible to separate them from these photos.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
