Photograph taken on March 08 2015, in the wetlands of the Suárez Pond, in Motril, Granada, Spain.
Immediate area of the Mediterranean coast.
Apparent size with wings, about 7-8 mm

Possibly Pegomya, which often has yellow legs and 2+2 paired ad+pd on hind tibia.
