What kind of Muscidae? SW-Germany

Hello everybody, can you help me to ID this kind of Muscidae? I hope it is one... Found in: Germany, Baden-Württemberg, Eschbach near Waldshut, 05.03.15. A lot of them are sitting next to a beehive, some of them in the entrance hole of the bee hive! It looks like, as if they are accepted by the bees, flying around them.
