I think this fly could be a Ceratopogonidae. Is it correct ? Is it possible to have an ID ? Thank you.

I have tried to use the key of female palearctic species given by Borkent and Bissett (1990). I key out to Serromyia morio : - body dark brown to black ; - Hind claws unequal (a single claw present), longer than fore and mid leg claws ; - Palpus uniformly dark brown (not strictly visible here, but I have another view where it is clearly visible) ; - Scutum lacking pruinosity ; - Mid femur pale basally ... but the pigmentation of fore and mid legs doesn't seem to match very well  |

See page 160. |

It works better ! -> Scutum pruinose ->Fore tibia nearly entirely darkly pigmented ->Hind coxa lacking strong lateral bristles -> Serromyia subinermis The leg coloration pattern described in fig. 4F matches very well. |
