Muscidae maybe, small with yellow face -> Schoenomyza litorella

I think (but am not certain) that this is a muscid, and it looks like it ought to be distinctive with the white frons and yellow face, but I have so far been unable to key it out. Any clues as to correct family and genus would be appreciated. (Apologies for dreadful photo.)
