 Lispe flavicincta?

Hi, Here is a Lispe i caught last spring in south France on side of a brackish lake. After some research, i think this could be L flavicincta, has i see a antero dorsal setae on mid tibia and epandrium black, with a large median silvery spot. But i could find any information about L marina that also lives in France according to Fauna europaea. By the way, i understood Hennig's key (1960) is the reference for this genus, but couldn't find it on internet, does someone has it in pdf? (and is it in english? It is not L. marina. It is male of Lispe palposa group, most probable candidates are: L. loewi and L. superciliosa, L. flavicincta is also possible. It is all I can by this photo. Yep, i can have other picture, but much more ugly than in vivo:   And what are the criteria to look for to recognize L marina? Do you need to see something particular? So bad for Hennig

Yea, it is not well turned photo. Nevertheless 99% L. loewi. Check: Hind coxa with seta on inner posterior side. Palpi black to dark brown. Arista distinctly longer than pospedicel, with long apical thin and bare part, aristal hairs about as long as postpedicel width. Vibrissae absent. Parafacials without dark spot in upper part. Chaetotaxy of t2: 1 ad seta placed distinctly above middle; 1(2) p seta(e) short and weak, also placed above middle; on v surface at apical half 1-2 strong spine-like seta(e) and a row of longer fine setae. tar2-1 with long fine curled ventral setae at base.
