The first look like Anthomyiidae and the second looks like Lauxaniidae.

(It is best to start a new thread for each fly)

Lauxaniidae is Meiosimyza sp. - my guess is subfasciata, but could also be mihalyii or illota? would need to see male genitallia to be pin it down to species.
